The Retail Coach joins Bayou Phoenix Project Team to drive retail recruitment to former Six Flags site

(New Orleans, Louisiana) — The Retail Coach, the nation’s premier retail recruitment, market analysis, and development firm, has been contracted by Bayou Phoenix LLC to assist with a retail market analysis and development strategy for the Bayou Phoenix project.

Bayou Phoenix is a planned redevelopment of 225+ acres around the former Six Flags / Jazzland Site adjacent to I-10 and I-510 New Orleans, Louisiana that has remained vacant since Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. The project will create a new grand entrance to New Orleans with a master plan of a premier sports complex, destination hotel, indoor / outdoor water park, family entertainment center, shopping, and dining. A perfect place to chill and play games like 온카.
